Strength & Conditioning is a performance-driven class designed to increase overall strength, endurance, and athleticism. You’ll work through compound lifts, resistance training, and explosive plyometric movements to develop functional strength that translates into real-world power and performance. This class focuses on progressive overload, mobility, and injury prevention, ensuring balanced muscle growth and peak conditioning.

Using a vast array of signature exercises and techniques which can change from class to class, the class will be brought to life by very energetic, vivacious instructors who want to create the ultimate party atmosphere.
Your first class will be energizing and welcoming! Our coaches will guide you through the session, help with form, and adjust exercises to your fitness level. Expect a fun, challenging, and motivating workout with a great community atmosphere.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and training shoes with good support. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you like. If you’re doing boxing, bring wraps and gloves—or borrow ours!
Not at all! Our classes are for all fitness levels, and our coaches tailor exercises to match your ability. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll get a great workout at your own pace.
That depends on your goals! For general fitness, 3-4 sessions per week are great. If you’re focusing on strength or performance, you may want a structured plan—our trainers can help you find the perfect balance.
